Kelvin Mitchell is our broker and franchise owner.

Kelvin believes the recipe for being successful has three main ingredients and those ingredients consist of hard work, dedication, consistency and having a passionate belief in yourself. He believes heavily in The Experience and that providing an exceptional level of service is the best way to separate yourself from the competition.

Kelvin believes the future of Real Estate is smaller, leaner, and more efficient offices that provide their agents with the support they need to be successful.

Our office is located in beautiful Historic District of downtown Huntsville.

The building was constructed in 1865 and has all the unique touches of a historic home. The space has been completely renovated and now offers a modern twist to this local landmark.

You do not have to pay us to join our firm.

AFFORDABLE & FLEXIBLE ALL-INCLUSIVE FEES

Our Agent Fee Structure is as simple as you can get. We offer two models; a monthly flat rate fee or a net commission income fee. In either case, there are no surprises. No extra fees, period.

We also offer our agents the option to change plans every six months. Why change plans you ask? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season agents go can on the commission split. Then when the busy summer arrives agents can switch to the monthly flat rate. Great option isn’t it?
